I would like to personally thank the Ed Tech Foundation for its generous donation of 2 refurbished computers for my classroom. As a 4th Grade teacher with a rigorous and challenging NYS curriculum to follow, these new computers have enhanced my students’ learning. Every day, my students actively use them in many ways – from researching various topics to playing Math and Science games for reinforcement of lessons taught in class. read more...

The Ed Tech Foundation now has an office where our computer imaging lab is located. We also have a storage location in the same building. This will enable us to image/build machines easier since everything is one location. Our new location is provided by Working Knowledge who also does all the wiring for our Ed Tech Day sites. We are located in the Larkin building. read more...

"Everything is working wonderfully. I allow 15 minutes of FB time for them as they don't have access to computers at home - they have been creating resumes, learning all the MS programs - really, really enjoying the ability to have functioning computers! Projector, screen - everything is so awesome!" read more...

Now that the Spring Connections event is over we are focusing on Ed Tech Day 2011. We have set up a computer lab to rebuild and prepare all computers and servers prior to Ed Tech Day. We can work in this lab any time of day/night or on the weekends. We are looking for volunteers to help us in this process. We can fit about 4-5 people in the lab at a time. If you are interested in helping us image/rebuild machines please email Steve at sdietz@RLComputing.com. read more...
